Mike Powers is an American actor who provided the voice and motion capture for Carter Blake in the critically acclaimed game, Heavy Rain. Besides being the secondary antagonist of the game, Powers, like many of the game's actors, has been in multiple movies as either a side character or an extra. He is most known for Transporter 3 (2008), From Paris with Love (2010) and Love Crime (2010).
