The gravedigger finishes the story. Lauren wonders aloud if the killer might be John's brother. The gravedigger says the boy was separated by his parents and took a new name. As Shelby and Lauren leave they see Charles Kramer arrive with flowers for the grave.

The chapter 'Flowers on the Grave' is a very short and easy chapter concluding your visit to the graveyard. Once you have control of Scott, walk to the gate at the end. This will trigger a small cutscene and the chapter will end.
