Jeremy Bowles is the eighth and most recent victim of the Origami Killer. He was the son of Susan Bowles, and the older brother of Emily Bowles.
Jeremy was abducted on September 29, 2011. His body was discovered in a wasteland near a functioning railroad track on the morning of October 4, just under a month after his 12th birthday. Like the other victims of the Origami Killer, he was found with an orchid on his chest, an origami figure in his hand, and his face covered in mud. His cause of death was drowning via rainwater. The crime scene is personally investigated by FBI agent Norman Jayden in the chapter "Crime Scene." With the help of ARI technology, Lieutenant Carter Blake, and the local police force, Norman manages to find trace clues linking the Origami Killer to the murder.
In the chapter "Suicide Baby," Jeremy's mother Susan attempts to kill herself as a means of coping with the losses of her husband and son. Scott Shelby saves her and takes care of Emily afterward.

- According to Norman's ARI analysis, Jeremy's blood type is A+ and he was born in Hagen, Pennsylvania.
- Jeremy's zodiac sign is Virgo.
- Although the playable segments of Ethan Mars' blackouts were removed, Heavy Rain: Cutting Room Floor reveals that he saw Jeremy during his blackout in "Father and Son," which takes place the day before Jeremy's death. Additionally, a model of Jeremy that was intended to be used in this segment still exists in the game files.
